I had to reformat my system today and when I click on the download link that I received in my upgrade/serial n;umber emails, it wants to save as a dl.aspx file...... Not sure what I am suppose to do. Any/all help is greatly appreciated.
are those old emails?
are you reinstalling older versions our current versions?
did you previously use SDC or Impulse and archive?
have you tried downloading impulse, registering our apps then using it to download/install?
Are you using IE as your browser? Try copying and pasting the link into the address bar of FireFox. the aspx 'save' is a fault of the browser, as it should save as an exe file.
