Go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets\Weather. You'll want to change the backdrop.png file in there to something like backdropa.png (name it whatever you want really) Then drop in any files you want to use as the backdrop. Whatever file is named backdrop.png is the one that will show when you mouseover the weather icon. Thats it!
