Okay, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this has been adressed a billion times, but seeing as whenever I use the search for 'monitor' I get 0 hits, I can't find any info about it soooo...I'm hoping some of you guys would be patient and kind enough to help me.

Here's the deal:  I just got myself a dual monitor setup, and have two docks, one on each monitor.  I want to know if it's possible to make either of the two things below work:

1)  Make each dock only display minimized windows in the dock from their respective monitor (rather than minimized windows from the other monitor).

2)  Make it so that if I click to open a program from the dock, it opens the program in that monitor.  It's kind of irritating to click the firefox icon on my right monitor, have it open on my left monitor, and have to drag it back to my right monitor...  I would think there should be an argument I can use to make this work...
