Hi Frustrated,
Small text on web pages.
In the Windows Blinds(6),
Select Look & Feel>Fonts
Make sure you have selected "Normal" font size
and
Check "I do not want shadow and outline text effects used on controls" and
"I do not want to use any system wide fonts defined by this skin"
Click the "Apply Changes" button.
Close Windows blinds. You should be right to go from there, although I have
had some blue screens caused by WBA on Vista x86.
Oh! (bubble thought!)
On an XP machine you may have to select the "Never blur the background even
if the skin has blur enabled" on the "Transparency & Blur" tab, to get the
menu captions to appear in IE8 on XP machines.
