No Pause on Battery

I have an ACER Aspire One netbook with a fresh install of DeskScape 2.5. The dreams all run fairly well, but when the computer is running on battery I get notification that the Dream is paused while on battery, but the dream doesn't pause. In addition, while running on battery, the pause option that exists in the right-click menu disappears becaus ethe computer thinks that the scene is already paused.
