in impulse, once the programs has loaded, logged in and validated your registrations, click on the desktop tab. Deskscapes should be there as available to download, If not you may have to add the registration manually. in the email you got containing the link to download impulse is there also a serial number for deskscapes?, if so in impulse click edit registrations and then follow the prompts to add a reg manually, hopefully this will make deskscape available, if not drop an email to support@stardock.com explaining the situation and they should be able to help you out.
