If you use ObjectDock (latest version), would you please tell me exactly how to change the default theme, so I can make it look like this (see below)?

You need to download that specific background package, unzip it and place the associated files in C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds. Then click on Configure ObjectDock and select that background from the Appearance dropdown.
