The preview looks freaking nice, but the Dream makes my Deskscape puke up blood.

Snowman...the resolution of the dream may be too much for your video card or the drivers. 1920X1080 is not one I've seen used before.

Well.... that can't be the problem then, cause I'm only using 1680X1050

Most other Dreams are working just fine.

Went to download the dream all excited and forgot I've got the stupid free version of deskscapes   Any word on when the uploads will be fixed here?

Crikey Skinhit, I just thought of that, their cache will be full of all those failed uploads [or..not?] and just mine alone are bound to crash the server all over again

I'm pretty sure my problem is codec-based, but I have no freaking idea why/who/when/how/what why....

If someone with more knowledge about codecs and/or codec problems could have a lill look at this text file [link] and maybe determine the cause I'd be a very happy camper!

try uninstalling Xvid and divX,worth a try..

Well.... that can't be the problem then, cause I'm only using 1680X1050

The dream was encoded at 1920X1080.

No matter what your desktop resolution is set to, the video still plays at 1920X1080. It is then fitted to your desktop depending upon your positioning choice.
