What exactly does LOCK DRAGGING do? I thought it meant you could not "drag" an icon/shortcut into the dock but it also won't allow me to drag anything into my RECYCLE BIN. Is that the way it is supposed to work or am I doing something wrong?
It seems like when you LOCK DRAGGING you should still be able to drag/drop into the RECYCLE BIN.
