First off, I must say that I LOVE the new features! This version addressed two problems that I hadn't really thought much about. Before the latest release, I avoided making my fences small enough to require a scrollbar.
The reasons I avoided this are:
- I didn't like having the scrollbar staring me in the face every time I looked at my desktop.
- I didn't really like the way that the icons wouldn't show up until you scrolled up/down far enough that the whole icon could be displayed in the fence.
Both of these irks were taken care of quite nicely in the latest version. I am happy to report that I no longer have any problems with using scrollbars in my fences. 
I also like the fact that there is now an option to choose what color the text is in the title area for the fences. There is, however, one thing that bothers me about it. Unless you have the fences set to full/near-full opacity, the text is often really hard to read against the desktop picture regardless of what color you use.
A solution to this would be to either use a shadow (which I would prefer), or to make the text bold. (Hopefully adding an option for bold title text wouldn't be too hard to do.)
Other than that, it looks like everything's coming along great! I can't wait to see what fixes and updates the next version will bring!
Oh, and it'd be nice to have some sort of button to reset the color settings for Fences to their original/default setting.
