I need help with impulse activation

I tried looking for the answer but didnt find it. I have renewed all my subscriptions and when i go to use windowblinds 6 it keeps asking for the activtion key but i know that it goes to Object Desktop Ultimate but it all reads ok except windowblinds what do i do? do i have to buy it seperate? thanks Deana

You should be able to enter the serial number for ObjectDesktop in the WindowBlinds activation screen.

Hi and thanks It was accepted but now after so many times trying to get it to work it said my activations are over the limit so im not sure what to do now? thank you for helping me. but any advise i will take it. Dee

I have cleared your Activation count. What you should now do is uninstall WB, then reboot your PC. Then open the System Registry (Start-> Run -> type regedit, hit Enter) Look for , and delete any of the following Keys, if found;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\WindowBlinds

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectDesktop\WindowBlinds

Then, use Impulse to re-install WB, it shouldn't ask you to Activate it.
