Hi..
I'm not sure if this is an IP issue or not but thought I would seek advice.
I'm using IP v4.10.172 on Vista Ultimate x32.
When I right click an XML file to change the icon...if I select to restore the default icon, the following path appears:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\Dreamweaver.exe,2
I no longer have Dreamweaver CS3 installed on my system so the link is not valid. I've searched through the registry for any reference to the link or Dreamweaver CS3 and it's clean. I've also checked and double checked the following registry keys to see if anything is out of place:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xml
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\xmlfile
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.xml
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\xmlfile
And everything looks fine.
I've gone through the config files for IP packager and none of them reference any CS3 products for icon paths so i'm completely stumped as to why IP thinks the default icon should be from a program which has been deleted??
Also...there is no 'Change Icon' context menu entries on my system for .AVI and .WMV files. If I change those icons, I have to do it via the main program interface which isn't a huge problem but still a little annoying.
Is anyone able to offer any advice or suggestions please?
Thanks
