Change behaviour of system icon

hi

i installed windowblinds and leo skin a couple of weeks ago. i like the skin...

however, one thing i don't get used to is the behaviour of the system icon in the left top corner of the window, which currently maximizes the window. the original vista skin closes the application...

is it possible to assign another action to the sytem icon?
