Sure. Click on 'Download' (red bar under the stars) and then the following window should appear:

If you have Windowblids installed, click open or save (if the latter, then remember where you saved it to...I suggest a "My Skins" type folder. If the former, it'll appear in your WindowBlinds Configure Utility (Click on the easel to open that). If you decide to save it, then open that folder and double click it and WindowBlinds should extract it. When it's doing that, a small icon (easel) will open briefly in your System Tray).
Shazaam! You got skin! Just open the Utility mentioned above, choose and apply the skin!
