If you have saved your theme you quite likely can just re-load it through the ObjectDock configuration window. If nothing else you should see the default theme sitting out there.
Once you load a saved theme though you've discarded whatever you've got loaded up now unless you've saved it as a theme. I don't really know what to tell you in terms of salvaging what you have now, unless you want to try saving it now and re-loading it (doubtful results, but who knows).
To save your current dock: Right click on your empty dock, select "Dock Settings" from the menu. In ObjectDock Properties window that comes up, click on "Themes" in left column, click on "Save current dock" button towards the bottom of the right side. Type in some name that you know hasn't been saved before (there is no overwrite confirmation) in the window that comes up and click on "Save" button.
To load a previously saved theme: Same as above except instead of clicking on "Save current dock" button click on the "Load previous dock" button right above it. You should see at least "Default" or "v1.9 Plus Default", and any themes you've saved, in the next window that comes up.
