Unistalling IconPacker in Vista

I can't unistall IconPacker. Every time I try the activation window opens. If I enter my serial number & email is says "cannot write activation signature". Anyone know how to get rid of it?

https://www.stardock.com/files/odnt_zapper.exe  Download/save and run. Un-install Iconpackager only.

Note: If you recently installed IP, use Vista Restore Point prior to IP install.
