Can SkinStudio 6.3 (free) import Msstyles?

Would like to edit existing Msstyles for WindowBlinds.

I would like to edit existing Msstyles for WindowBlinds.

The official site does not list importation of Msstyles as a feature.

Though many websites claim Msstyles can be converted into WindowBlinds.

SkinStudio 6 doesn't have an integrated importer, however, there is a stand-alone tool available.
