it would be nice if RightClick allows enabling / disabling scrolling like the start menu so that it basically functions like programs menus
when enabled if the menu is too large to fit would display as it does, with scrolling
but when disabled long menus will display over multiple columns, like explorer program menus do when scrolling is disabled.
