I have a couple of shortcuts that refuse to be fenced. That is, I drag them into a fence and they stay where ever I drop them. Unlike a regular shortcut which the Fence "grabs" and moves to the next position. Then if I move the fence, I see that the fence and other icons move both those few remain where I placed them. That is, they really were on the desktop all along.
For example, this shortcut: "C:\Program Files\ibm\Lotus\Symphony\symphony.exe"
refuses to be fenced.
And here is a shortcut: "C:\Program Files\RegistryFix\RegistryFix.exe" that works fine.
I see no difference betweene the two except that the one that doesn't work has more subdirectories.
Thanks,
