tried to past the error but it couldn't find a way to do it it says windowblind activation product activation error here is the number I put in

It looks like the problem was the number you listed was actually an order number and not a serial number. Serials will usually follow this pattern (may or may not have dashes):XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXWhere order numbers will look more like this:VXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXI replied to your support ticket with the serial number, as well as instructions on how to get this registered in SDC.
