It turns out there is a problem with Impulse, where if you order two pieces of software and one is not the same status, they will hold the whole order.
Here is from the message they sent me. "One of the items in your order is not yet available so it is a preorder. Your entire order will not be charged until that item is released, and you will receive registration information for everything via email at that time.
Your card has not yet been charged, however, you may see a pre-authorization to verify that the funds are available.
If you wish, I can cancel your entire order so that you can place separate orders for the currently available item(s) and the preorder item(s).
Please let me know how you would like to proceed."
To me it really seems to be a technical issue, Impulse should be able to take my money, show me some kind of proof of purchase, and then let me know when the releases are available. I'm sure it is happening to several other purchasers.
By the way Zubaz, if you were instrumental in getting me the reply you have my thanks. It wasn't the answer I was looking for but it helps.
