Hi everybody! Seems like the problem is solved with a new beta version of ObjectDock that can be downloaded via the Stardock Impulse software (For everybody not knowing what this is: It is a manager of all your installed Stardock products that checks for updates and where you cvan buy and download new Stardock software directly etc. - like "Steam" for the Gamers - , it is the successor of Stardock Central).
For me it works good, I can say after several days without the issue now. Here´s the detailed how-to by the support:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First, uninstall ObjectDock and reboot your computer.
I would recommend using Impulse to download and install the beta of ObjectDock Plus.
Impulse is our new product distribution platform that will be replacing Stardock Central. Impulse will give
you the ability to resume downloads, as well as notify you when updates are available, and prompt to update.
You may download Impulse here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe
Once you download and run the installer, you will be asked to log in with your Stardock.net account(silberschwarz).
To get the beta version of ObjectDock Plus, click the blue Stardock logo in the upper left corner of Impulse.
Click 'Show pre-release versions'
You can now go under the [My Desktop] tab and
select your product and click 'Install' to install it.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good luck to everyone with that issue, hope this update solves it for you, too!
One hint: Save your docks by saving them under "themes" (also all dock entries are saved), and when you uninstall it, your saved theme will not be deleted - because it stays under "documents and settings". After installing the beta version, you just load the theme, everything is there again! (If you used a custom background, you have to install it again first)
