how do I get enhanced file dialog if I have object desktop 2008 ultimate?

How do I get Enhanced File Dialog if I have Object Desktop 2008? On the Object Desktop Launcher is the option to installed Enhanced File Dialog but when i click on it, it opens up Impulse which does not have it listed in there to install. Thanks for your help.

Impulse is still a work in progress, it may be that Enhanced File Dialog is not properly on it .
If you do not have download and install Stardock Central and see if EFD is there

It may no longer be part of Object Desktop. Email sales@stardock.com they will be able to let you know if EFD is still available.

Shows for me...in both. Not sure why you can't see it.

2 guesses...probably neither is correct........

One is you're on Veesta and it's not Veesta compliant......

Second is that it's a program Stardock will no longer be developing and as such is only available to those who have ODNT subscriptions going back to when it was released.

Edit: I just checked and it's not listed as part of OD Ultimate so my second guess may well be correct.

Hey Lantec, not sure ya can go by the list on Object Desktop site, EFD had an update March this year, Stardock Virtual Desktops, is not listed at OD site, but current version is a beta released June 18 2008.
A full list of what is included and what is only for those who already have would be nice.

It's available to me on Impulse, but it does not appear to be Vista compliant. I've installed it on my Vista Home Premium machine and it has no affect on the File Dialogs.
