Over the last few years I have been very busy, with work at Stardock, Galactic Civilizations, Political Machine, etc.. But I have also Done over 100 Icon packs for My Colors.

What I have not done is make any new Icons, or skins, just for fun. Last time I had this problem I desided to dive back in one Icon at a time and the result was the Icon-A-Day series. Sadly even those Icons, that I was quite proud of at the time are now a bit dated, and at the very least need some updating to make them shine in Vista. So I have decided to dust off the old skill set and start it up again.

Stating next week, (Monday) will be bringing back the Icon-A-Day project. The first step will be to update the Original Icon-A-Day Icons to Vista, and make sure that they are as sexy as possible. We should be able to salvage most of the elements, but I plan on re doing the folders and creating sever new Icons so that The Vista version is complete as Iconpackager will let it be.

For the few who fallowed the Tutorial aspect of this project, I will once again be using CorelDRAW, 14 this time.

I will hopefully be more involved in the community in the future, and look forward to the feedback of all my old friends at wincustomize.
