I need my activation reset

activation problem

i spent most of the day reinstalling and unistalling wb6 numerous times because it wouldnt apply skin and i finally was able to remove all existing trial versions and registry keys and all folders, but once i did my final reinstallation(hopefully) i got a "reached limit threshold" message....and was unable to registry via sdc due to the same reason....help in this matter is greatly needed due to my restricted time....thank you in advance

well thanx for the activation reset....but still no luck with applying a skin....at one point it would let me apply a skin but would revert on startup...now it wont apply no skins no even stardocks skins.....please help! below is my system info
