I am running Vista Business Premium with all of the latest versions of the OD programs.  I have ObjectEdit installed along with the Context Menu Handler.  When the handler is enabled, clicking on the Device Manager task in the System Properties application does not work.  The same is true for the "Change Product Key" link.  I can run the Device Manager from the command line, Run dialog, and MMC without any problems.  When I disable the MenuAsTextClass extension, the links work again.  The file version is 1.7.401.

Other shell extensions have been identified to cause this problem as well and the vendor has usually fixed them.  ObjectEdit is the only shell extension that I have that interferes with the proper operation of these links.  I was able to replicate this problem on another machine running Vista Home.  You should be able to reproduce it.
