First of all before I begin my letter I would like to apologize to the users that I had to write this message in public domain. But I have tried to write privately to individuals responsible as well as made phone calls and have gotten nowhere. So perhaps with users being able to read the situation, some action may finally result.
Now to start with, I"m fairly new here, but , I am no kid. And as such, I know that when you pay for subscritpion, as I did to WinCustomize that you and Wincustomize enter into a legal binding contract. My part is paying and their part is living up to their subuscription policy. Part of the reason that I took the subscription was that I was guaranteed full access to WinCustoms along with other places. This does not seem to be the case. For numerous weeks now I have emailed the management of Wincustoms explaining my problem to no avail. I went as far as calling from Montreal and speaking with Jake, who had promised me to take care of the situation and email me back by the evening letting me know it was regulated. And still, my access is almost nil. Therefore I must ask you to live up to your contract. I paid for access, I expect to receive my access. Therefore I am giving you 24 hours to reguilate this problme. If within 24 hours it has not been reguliated, I will hand the matter over to my daughter-in-law who is an attorney.
This is not an issue of money, this is the issue of respect and living up to your policy. I am not a child and do not appreciate being treated as such. After all, twenty dollars is not a big amount. but, when people laugh at you by not responding, this then becomes an issue of lack of respect. and I believe as a company you should be rspecting your customers. After all, 20 dollars...I spend that much for a cigar at times. And if you that hard up, you cuold ask me I could have given twenty buck. You know I am starting to feel that this is some kind of scam. After all, when do you pay for someting and not receiveit, unless its a scam?
Now with this being said I fully expect to finally acheive some results and once again I would like to apoligize to the users for having to vent my greivance in public domain. Hopefully the matter will be cleared up promptly after receiving this letter.
