resizing windows to be too large, on tis own

Is there a fix for this? if i close a window and reopen it its like 3 x tmes bigger and stretched out.

This especially happens with my instant messenger chat windows, which is very annoying, and also only happens when windowblinds is enabled and working.

is there a fix for this?
