Change Position of User Picture

If I have the user picture enabled in a skin, but I want to change it's position, what setting can I change in SkinStudio 6 or in the UIS file to do this. I can't seem to find a setting for this.

Also, is there documentation for the UIS format for SkinStudio 6 from Stardock. I can't seem to find that either.

The Text tab in the top (user pane) section in SKS6

"Text" tab section will move the user picture and user name (when on XP) as a single unity,
then use the settings "Horizontal Text Shift" and "Vertical Text Shift" to move the text only. You can use negative values too.
