Yes, I have found the same problem, as well.
I tend to find myself working on things that I can't quickly close (drafting skins, composing music, etc), and will hibernate my computer when I go to class. I didn't have any problems with hibernate before CursorFX, aside from a couple isolated instances before I learned to leave my computer alone until it is done hibernating.
Upon resuming from the hibernation (and it only happens about 50% of the time, or so), my computer slows down to essentially unresponsive. I am able to pull up task manager, though, where I find that CursorFX is using about 55% of the resources, and the System Idle Task is using the remaining 45%. The percentages change, but CursorFX is almost always higher, and the total is somewhere around 99-100%.
So far, the only thing I've been able to do when that happens is to end the CursorFX process, and then re-open CursorFX through a series of mostly memorized keyboard shortcuts, and then navigate my way through CursorFX via mouseover effects on the buttons to reapply the cursor so I have a cursor.
I have so far been able to more or less copasetically use it, but if it is an identified issue, then it would be nice if it was patched.
