I am posting this again as I did not get and answer in the WindowBlinds thread.

I have a WB skin INVI 3V  by 007INAR that is great but whenever I apply the skin or restart I have to adjust the color intensity in Vista "Window Color and Appearance" so that the windows are transparent instead of ghostly white. The setting for this is in the windowblind itself as other window blinds have different color intesities.

Does anyone know where I can change the Windows color intesity for WB in SkinStudio 6?  It would just be good to know for other skins as well.
