I am creating a website for our skinning team "Skin-Fu".What I am trying to accomplish is a way to have team members log in and upload graphics notes whatever so they are always available to the other team members.Here is what I have so far.

I think I need to creat a database file for the page to look at .I made 1 but I dont know what format to save it in before uploading to my sever.My account supports php5 will this work or do I have to have a sql?
I really am kinda unsure where to go from here.I know enough html to get by but definately not an expert so any help would be greatly appreciated!
