What I'd like to do with WindowBlinds is have a skin that either removes or at least significantly changes the mouse hover highlight color of items in Windows Vista Explorer.

To explain, when in Explorer, items that have been selected will highlight in blue, but also any item currently under my mouse also highlights in almost the same blue, so it sometimes is confusing at a quick glance as to which item is selected and what isn't. Mostly troubling when I'm in Explorer deleting stuff and I have to do a double check that the item my mouse is hovering over isn't selected.

Below is an example. The bottom file is selected, the top file is not selected, but has the mouse hovering over it. But it appears both files are selected. I'd like to remove that hover or at least make it easily distinguishable.

Sorry for the long explanation. It feels like I'm the only person bothered by this, so wanted to be sure I explained what I was hoping to do with SkinStudio. Can it do this? Thanks.
