It seems these days that spam is everywhere. Hundreds of messages a day fill your inbox, enticing you to purchase various pills and wonder gizmos. Yes, it's supremely annoying and we understand why you may be getting very agressive in trying to keep your inbox clean.
But sometimes, you get to be a bit over-zealous.
Before you email Stardock or WinCustomize support, please please PLEASE add *@stardock.com to your spam protection whitelist! Otherwise you email us, and you might never see our response. Very often people come on here angry at the lack of replies to a critical email, only for us to ask them to look through their spam box and find our timely replies.
Now, if you have one of those systems that requires the sender to verify their identity before their message will be passed through, you will never ever know we even tried to mail you back. This is especially problematic when we send you product purchase information, or verification emails when you create an account. The reply-to addresses on automated emails aren't checked by humans, they're not meant to be replied to. So when your system kicks back a "Please verify you're not a spammer", you'll never get the email. Ever.
If you've emailed us for help and never received even an automated reply from the support system, check to make sure you're actually set up to receive any emails we might send back to you.
