I am a new user.  I do love Icon Packager v4 and have been happily dinking around with different themes and icons.  But.....

When I try to change the brightness of the icons in the package called SE Interface (orange) only a few of the icons brighten or darken.  Most stay the same.  The same is true for color change in other icon packages.  The documentation says "... will affect the whole icon set, not just those shown as a sample in the preview. "  What gives?

BTW, this is a paid up version, not the 30 day preview.
