I think you would have been better off rebuilding your Icon Cache or using one of the other options in the settings of Iconpackager before uninstalling. Also have you checked that all the packages have been deleted? Check both the Stardock Iconpackager files in your Shared Documents and your Program Files   

I tried reinstalling, setting to defaults, and uninstalling, hitting the rebuild buttons, doing a system restore, everything. Still stuck that way. I found where the icons were coming from and deleted those files, and now they are showing the general "broken Icon" image. Changing the IconPackager theme also did not change those icons.

Oh, when I try to load the Windows Default Icons, it tells me "There has been an error loading the " icon package. Please re-install icon package and try again" (With the quote in the middle)
