If you hit excessive activations then Stardock can reset this.  The best way is to either find someone on IRC (irc.stardock.com channel #stardock), or e-mail support@stardock.com.  Putting activation issues in the subject may speed up the response.

There is no limit on the number of activations a single user can do, but past a certain number it has to be cleared by a human (vs the servers).  Of course if you have tried to activate 200 times in the past week from 200 different IP addresses then the limit may not be reset without a very good explanation.
