Look folks, I've sent an email, and started a ticket...both at this point have gone unanswered.
Will somebody please look at, or have somebody look at support ticket # JYI-105085.
I am UNABLE to download and install software I am entitled to. I'm not certain if its due to some email situation, or what.
However, I sent my email about 10 days ago, and a ticket over the weekend, both unanswered.
I hope you can understand that I'm getting a bit irritated. I want access to the software I'm entitled to have, and I think 10-11 days is a bit more than necessary to get it.
Please...someone help me, or get me a damn phone number to somebody that can.
