Can't install 6.09i.[rc].139

I'm trying to install the latest update through Stardock Central. It downloads wb6.sdc, gets to 100%... and then starts downloading the same file over again. It does this endlessly, redownloading the same file in a loop. Any idea what's wrong or how I can get it to install?

Have you tried using Impulse? I haven't used SDC to install anything for awhile and haven't experienced this problem at all while using it.

Can't see any 6.09i.[rc].139 version. Both SDC and Impulse are showing me a 6.10.079 installed (but with an excessive activations mention   )

Between Impulse not updating correctly and wrong versions of programs given through SDC (plus these excessive activations mention) i think Stardock is at the top ...

When will there a way to just download the actual setup directly (just like the full release)? I think it might be time to start testing 6.1 release candidates as if they are the full releases. At this stage, they need to be just like the one intended to be on the main Stardock website. Impulse seems like it's intended to have standard Microsoft Windows Stardock app install/uninstall/upgrade process on training wheels

When it's ready.
I think it might be time to start testing 6.1 release candidates as if they are the full releases. At this stage, they need to be just like the one intended to be on the main Stardock website.
Stardock's been distrubuting software digitally for a good while now.  They know what they are doing.

It's weird... that version was showing up since I had it set to display betas. When I turned that off, it went back to 6.09...something. Now when I enable betas again, the version I mentioned in my original post doesn't show up at all. I've never heard of Impulse, I'll give it a try and see if that works. Right now, I'm stuck with 6.03, can't get it to update to 6.09 either with SDC.

Version 6.10.079 that SDC is reporting as the latest version is actually the latest non-beta version 6.03. I reported this on another thread and it was removed, but it came back again on May 4. The actual latest beta is 6.09i[rc].179 which Astyanax0 is correct in saying is not downloading properly from SDC but is downloadable from impulse.

I expect Stardock will get round to fixing this issue shortly. (or perhaps they wont).

How do you get Impulse to display betas? I'm not seeing that version in Impulse either. It did update IconX, IconPackager, and some other programs I have that SDC apparently wasn't, though. Glad about that.

Click on the stardock logo (top left corner) to access options on impulse. You can then set it to display betas.

Hello All
I'm having the same problem with 6.09i.[rc].139 and i try installing it with Impulse and all it does is sit there for about 4 to 5 minutes Archiving and then pops up saying it can't Archive at this time and it will ask me to try restarting Impulse to try and update again which i do and it does them same thing over and over!!
I only have this problem with the Windowblinds updating and none of my other OD Apps.... Any help on this would be Greatly appreciated!!

I just tried that but I was on server 1 and switched to server 2 instead and it worked.... Thanx for the Tip neophil78!!!
