Heya,

I just reinstalled my OS, and then reinstalled GalCivII. All OK up until that point.

While attempting to update the game (over the last 12 hours or so), the Transfer Rate listed at the top during updating is 16KB/sec. It starts out at 300 or so, then drops to a steady 16. I have tested my connection speed at several sites to make sure it is ok, and it is averaging 6.5 MB/s. Needless to say, updating a large game at 16KB is difficult at best. Any suggestions/ideas?
