first post so dont kill me if i have got the wrong category.

i have got objectdock+ since some time, now i want to add the windows systray to my dock. after some googling i found this:

the problem is that it doesnt work at all.....
what i find odd is that i dont have any checkbox saying: show system tray icons on the dock.
i can only chose display system tray icons allong with my icons, (that doesnt work) and the problem with that is, if i click it the icons of the windows that are running dissapear. (is it posible to show the systray and the aktive programs icons in one bar ?)

please help me, its getting enoying to deactivate hide windows taskbar evry time if you want to do something in your systray
