i am trying to update windowblinds 6.0 to the latest build (6.03.046 dtd 3/19/2008) using stardock central.
i'm running xpsp2 and using the latest stardock central build.
the windowblinds update hangs during the install of wbsrv.dll. it cannot install this file and loops back to try again.


i have done two complete, clean install/uninstalls of both stardock central and windowblinds with no success.
i have most "unneeded" services disabled in xp, so the only thing i can think of is that i might have one disabled that is needed for the process. aside from that, i am at a loss and need some help.
