Hope you're feeling better but here's what you can do to get rid of those little guys living and happily breeding in your sinus cavities.
Too many nasal viruses this year. Very tough little bastards they are, and they are getting stronger all the time.
1. Take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every morning with a small glass of water. Yeah I know it tastes like poo. Just do it! Breathe through your mouth when you do it, and wash it down with some fresh water afterward.
2. Take a couple of capsules of high strength garlic (odorless please

) every day.
3. Drink lots of water every day.
4. Take 2 - 3 capsules of Quercetin with Bromelain every day. Strong antioxidant and soothing sinus support.
...and the most important one for last...
5. Use a neti pot to wash those bastards out of there. I use a 2cup neti pot:
1 tsp of kosher salt
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/8 teaspoon of Xylitol
You can find all this stuff at the health food store. Whole Foods or "Whole Paycheck" as you like. They sell a nose spray with Xylitol in it but I just add it to my neti pot instead. Cheaper that way.
Remember, the purpose of using a neti pot it to clean those bastards out of your sinuses so don't go hurting your sinuses with too strong a saline solution, or hot water. Just warm enough to melt the crystals. I pour it on my wrist (like a baby bottle) to make sure it's not hot before rinsing. Do one side then the other.
You can google neti pot, Xylitol, Quercetin, Garlic, or anything else to learn about it.
Hope this helps, and hope you all are feeling better.
Cheers,

ps here's some links:
some neti pots; mine looks like this, not one of those small slipper looking ones they sell at whole paycheck
Nasal Massages; these really worked for me, not for everybdy though.
Xylitol FAQs; it's used as a dietary supplement, sweetener, however, it is a natural microbe killer. That's why it's used in homeopathic nasal spray like this:
Xylitol nose spray. Some of them have grape seed oil in them as well.
