Update Image in Account

Is anyone else having trouble updating an image under you account. I keep getting "page not found" after I hit the upload button.

Yes there is some kind of issue going on with the photos. I have let the web team know about it.

im havin a problem with uploading images in my account, the only one that worked was the desktop screen shot one, the personal photo and avatar or whatever do not work it simple comes up with bad request

Just to be sure are you setting the file resolution to the allotted sizes?

I have been having problems trying to upload photos to my personal site photo album. I select the images from my hard drive, then when I click on the Send button, IE7 crashes and closes. It has been doing this since last year, and I've posted about it, but no reply from Stardock or WinCust.

IE7 Version: 7.0.6000 build 16609
Running Vista Home Premium 32

That sounds pretty extreme. Have you tried simply clearing your cookies?

Tell me about it. That's why I haven't done anything to my photo album in a year. Yes, I have tried clearing all cookies, temp internet files, etc....still crashes...and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one this happens to, as I recall someone else saying it happened to them, can't remember who.

Tried it with three acccounts just now and updated my own personal image. Should be good to go now! If you have further troubles please be sure to try clearing the cookies from your internet browser.

I was able to upload an image to my photo album just now, using my laptop (XP Pro w/IE7). The problem on the desktop might have to do with the ActiveX plugin being used. I'll try again from the desktop. Thanks Seabass.

Same here. I've mentioned it numerous times to no avail. With IE7 it works in XP, doesn't work in Vista. I now use Avant to upload to my WC album
