Run Dialog Box

Hey! I use the Run Command dialog box from Start->Run all the time and am wondering if there is any way to make it simply an icon in my object dock where I can click and it will just open the dialog. Any insight?

In XP, drag the run icon to your dock.

Or (in XP or vista) create a new text file.
Paste in the following:

(new ActiveXObject("Shell.Application")).FileRun();

Save
Rename to run.js
Drag to dock.
