On my home machine (Vista SP1) I have a tabbed dock with "Show as drawer" option enabled.  When it's in the hidden mode and I roll the mouse over any of the tabs, the dock pulls down with that particular tab selected.  This doesn't seem to work on my WinXP SP2 laptop.  There when I roll the mouse over any tabs, the dock pulls down, but the tab doesn't automatically switch to the one I'm pointing at.  Instead, it shows me the currently selected tab.  Is there a setting that I'm missing, or is that just the way it works on XP?
