When using my remote terminal program (SecureCRT) and I switch away from the application, going back to it often brings it to the top of the desktop, but the task bar is still "dimmed" like it is not active and I cannot access the application (no typing, etc).  I can drag it around and so forth, but I cannot make it active again without terminating the application and restarting it.  Attempting to resize it creates a "resized" faint square around it, and the displayed application window does not resize - but the buttons no longer work, so I wonder if the WINDOW is resized, but not displayed on the screen properly.  I DID get it to kick out of this mode once, and the things that I had been typing (gibberish, basically) popped up on the display.  Is this a re-draw issue where it does not properly resume the redraw of the application window?

Running with a GForce8600M GT on a laptop.  Windows XP Pro SP2 - using dual monitors.
