A few simple steps to follow:
Try re-applying the skin...
Short of that: uninstall Windowblinds, reboot and reinstall, then reapply the skin
Short of that: uninstall ALL Stardock software, reboot and reinstall, then reboot once again, then reapply the skin.
Short of that: Format hard-disk, and reinstall everything.
Short of that:
1. Back away from the PC.
2. Press the Off switch on the Computer
3. Wait until it shuts down.
4. Unplug it from the power source.
5. Store the Computer in a safe place for posterity.
6. Drink beverage of your choice.
