Is Plus Worth It ?

Iam using the free version of Objectdesktop and i love it.  Iam thinking of upgrading to the plus version simply cos you can use tabs and even show your taskbar programs in the dock.

Iam feeling id like to get rid of the taskbar alltogether then i could intergrate everything into Objectdock.  So iam asking what are peoples opinions on the plus version? Do you think id like it in light of what ive said?

Davio, you'll love it. The plus version gives you so many more options. If you are a 'dock man' then its a 'must buy'. Webgizmos and Messiah1 have done a lot of quality skins that you'll like too.

I think your meaning Object Dock here. IMO it rocks, il never go back to a simple zoomer again. The tabs are killer. Well worth the price just for this function alone.

i couldn't live with out my objectdock either...it makes everything i use frequently very accessible. i have alot that i use so i love the option to have multiple docks and/or tabbed docks...BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WON'T BE SORRY = )

I agree davio28, you really can't go wrong with the plus version. Are you running anything else from Stardock?

Object Dock plus is definitely worth the $$$ you'll be wondering what took you so long to decide to upgrade!!

I'm not sure I can chime in with the Stardock logo under my name here but I really do recomend it. Personally I use the tab dock more than anything so that right there is worth it. I'm glad that so many people chimed in with praise here.

Make sure that if/when you do buy it that you uninstall the free version since the two do not play well together. I don't want you to be excited to get it then go.... uh what?

davio28, just do it! You'll thank yourself later. I don't use desktop icons anymore, and it's very rare I'll use the taskbar. Well worth the price, IMHO.....

HG, odject dock comes with the free version of Object desktop.  OD+ is extra and costs.  I love OD+ and have for years.  I have no icons on my desktop and if it wasn't for a couple yahoo widgets, my screen would be naked except fot the taskbar.  Spend the money.

HG, odject dock comes with the free version of Object desktop.

Sorry WOM, there are trial version of most of the program that come with the ODNT subscription, but there is no 'free' version of Object Desktop, and ObjectDock is not part of it.

Hello,

I also am thinking about purchasing Object Dock Plus. I am now using the free version and love it. So....thank you everyone for your comments. I will be purchasing the plus version this weekend.

Seabass.........thank you for your suggestion of uninstalling the free version first.
