I downloaded the latest version of BootSkin (1.05) along with the Azure skin and it works just fine (so do the built in skins) but as soon as I try making my own I get a BSOD at startup and have to boot into safe mode. I've tried both other versions (1.02 and 1.03).

I've triple checked all the files are the correct size and bit depth and format and I can't see anything wrong at all. I've even tried using BootSkinBuddy and still get the BSOD. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why my own creations won't work?
